Marleau really did have a terrible season with stretches of horrible play. He showed signs of life for certain periods but his bad times were some of the worst hockey I've ever seen him play. Couture had a career high point total while playing with a slumping Marleau and a revolving door of underachieving RWs so I give him a bit of a pass there. Where Couture and Marleau really dropped is their normally high quality defensive play and penalty killing.

Yeah, someone should have asked them at the exit interviews why they were so piss poor defensively this year instead of culture nonsense.

Per the usual nothing is going to happen this offseason. Wilson still there, Tmac still not gone, Niemi saying he wants to come back. Ughh how frustrating the last few years have been as a fan. Im just curious if we will have to wait till 12 and 19 are gone for Wilson to get the boot.

Anybody watch the Preds/Chicago game last night? I'll take Darling please.

And its not a Niemi situation where Chicago defense carried him. Darling carried Chicago to that win last night. Preds looked great but couldn't finish

Thornton's comments on Coach Todd were a heartfelt "We consider him family too, and he should talk to us before deciding to leave"

Drew Remenda went over it on podcast and voiced what him and joe talked about texting back and forth, but all the journalists are trying to ignore the podcast and won't publish it because it does not get hits.

Tim, maybe you should type out parts of the podcast here. At least you have integrity, unlike most who write about the sharks

The only problem with that is Remenda is super biased towards jumbo he (frank)ing loves jumbo on a creepy level. But you know i agree with ya that whatever jumbo says people will always look for some alterer motive behind it.

I think Im rightly justified in my negativity. This has nothing to do with getting laid. I have the baby momma for that.

We need a real change on this team's brass. Not another ohh well lets just see what moniker we can come up with this off season for what the team is. No more lets go with DW's flow, (frank) that guy already.

Ive wanted blood since last year. Nothing will change here...

You must not remember the Jamie Baker/Ryane Clowe love fest. Clowe could have been -4 and taken 2 bad penalties and baker would say Three stars Honorable mention.

But otherwise You're just going to be one pissed off shark fan for a long while then b/c i don't think dougie is going anywhere like i've always said. Just try to accept it for what it is & look at the positives....... all our youth on the team & inthe system coming up. Things aren't so bad beast yeah it was a frustrating season but we knew that coming into it, with it being a transition year.

I hear ya and yes Im a very frustrated fan. I bleed teal so it sucks to suck. I will let it go as the new year starts just like last year but I want something to give this time. If DW is still around he needs to just shut his face for a while and dont (frank) up the draft...
